Our Zion Ghost Tour is designed to be thrilling, exciting, and immersive, but it’s also family-friendly. We balance historical storytelling with real ghost-hunting experiences, so while some moments may send chills down your spine, we don’t stage anything fake or overly frightening.

What kind of ghost-hunting equipment do we use?
We provide real paranormal investigation tools, to detect any unusual activity in Grafton. Our guides will teach you how to use them for an authentic ghost-hunting experience.
Is the ghost tour suitable for children?
Yes! Our tour is family-friendly and great for kids who enjoy ghost stories, history, and adventure. While we do discuss real ghost sightings and paranormal activity, we keep the experience engaging and fun for all ages.
Will I actually see a ghost?
We can’t guarantee ghost sightings, but many guests have captured strange anomalies in photos, experienced cold spots, or heard eerie voices while using our ghost-hunting equipment. Grafton is known for its paranormal activity, so you never know what you might encounter!
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes, and a camera in case you capture something unexplained. We provide ghost-hunting equipment, water, and expert guides, so all you need to bring is your sense of adventure!
Is Grafton really haunted?
Many visitors—including our own guides—have reported chilling experiences, from ghostly apparitions and shadowy figures to unexplained whispers and temperature drops. With its tragic history and well-documented paranormal encounters, Grafton is widely considered one of Utah’s most haunted locations.
How long is the tour?
Our Zion Ghost Tour lasts approximately 2 - 2.5 hours. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and equipment setup to ensure we start on time.

Where do we meet for the tour?
Our tour meets at Trailhead Gifts & Gear in Springdale, Utah, right near Zion National Park. Parking in Springdale can be limited, so we recommend checking the city’s parking guide ahead of time.
What is the cancellation policy?
A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, minus a non-refundable $25 fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund. If we cancel a tour for any reason, guests will receive a full refund.
Peek Protect:
You may purchase our booking protection option named Peek Protect for a small fee. This allows you to cancel you reservation at anytime even less than 72 or 24 hours before your tour departure date and still receive 80% of you booking amount back in a refund.

Our tours do not enter Zion National Park.

Zion Park entry passes are available at the park booth for $35.

Zion Ghost Tour times vary to align with dusk.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to you meeting location for check in. Especially on the Zion Ghost Tour as parking at this locations may take additional time.

We try to get every tour back on its scheduled drop off time but please allow for a 30 min tour extension on all tours.
Can I book a Private Tour?
Yes, we offer private tours tailored to individual, family, or group needs. Costs vary based on the group size. Please CONTACT US to schedule a private tour.
Gratuity Policy:
A $25 gratuity is charged at checkout, shared among our guide, safety, and rescue staff. Additional tips for exceptional guide service are welcome. This gratuity is broken down as follows. Day of tour guide receives $10 of each gratuity, standby safety guide receives $10 of each gratuity and the customer care staff receives $5. If you feel your day of Tour guide did an exceptional job on your tour and you'd like to give them an additional tip, that is more than welcome and appreciated.
Parking?
Free/paid parking options in Springdale can be limited. Some paid parking is available on-site. For a full list of available areas, visit: https://www.springdaletown.com/414/Parking-In-Springdale. If you do need to park in another parking area, the free public transit is a great way to reach us. We are located in the same parking area as Stop 1 on the public transit.
